Description

This barn, located east of Oxhill House Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick in Flemish garden wall bond, with ironstone gable ends, and has some 20th-century brick patching at the rear. The barn features a tiled roof and consists of seven bays. In the center left and center right, there are large openings that contain the remains of double plank doors. Additionally, diamond-shaped ventilation holes are present in the brickwork. Inside, the barn boasts large 18th-century roof trusses. This building is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
