Description

15 Mill Lane is a 17th-century cottage that features a timber frame with brick infill set on a high coursed lias plinth. The cottage has a tiled roof with a brick stack at one end. It is designed with a two-unit plan and consists of one storey and an attic, which includes two late 20th-century dormers and a central late 20th-century gabled half dormer. The cottage has a three-window range, with the entrance located at the rear in a late 20th-century addition. The windows are late 20th-century casements, and the right end of the building displays exposed framing, while the left end has been partly rebuilt.
