Description

Hill Top is a 17th-century cottage located on Haselor Main Street. It features a timber frame with whitewashed brick infill and a tile hipped roof, along with a brick internal stack. The building is designed in an L-plan and has one storey and an attic with a dormer. There are four ground-floor windows and a flat four-panelled door with a simple hood. The cottage has 19th-century casement windows, most of which have glazing bars. At the rear, there is a wing on the right that has been largely rebuilt in 19th-century brick. Inside, the central room includes an inglenook fireplace with seats and a boxed bressumer. Two rooms have broad-chamfered ceiling beams, and the exposed framing is visible throughout the cottage.
