Description
The Cottage is a late 17th century to 18th century cottage that is part of a row of buildings. It was slightly raised in the late 18th century or early 19th century. The structure is made of coursed limestone with irregular quoins on the right side. It has a concrete tile roof and a stone and brick chimney stack. The cottage features a two-unit plan and is two storeys high with a single-window range. The entrance is located on the left and has a 20th-century door with a tile hood above it. The ground floor has fixed-light windows, with a single-light window to the left and a two-light window to the right. There is also a fire window on the right side. On the first floor, there is a two-light casement window with a painted wood lintel. The chimney stack is positioned to the right. The interior has not been inspected, but the cottage is included for its group value with other nearby buildings.
