Description

Granby House is an 18th-century house located on the east side of High Street in Henley-in-Arden. It features a brick structure with a stucco front and a steeply pitched, renewed tile roof, which includes a brick cross-axial stack and end stacks. The house has a two-unit plan facing the street.

The exterior consists of two storeys and a three-window range. A top moulded brick cornice runs along the building. There are steps leading up to a central entrance, which has a moulded frame surrounding a 20th-century plank door. To the left of the entrance, there is a passageway with a scored wedge lintel over another plank door set in a pegged frame. The central entrance is flanked by bay windows that feature small-paned glazing; the right bay window is wider and has a flat roof that extends as a canopy over the entrance.

On the first floor, there are two windows with sills and three-light transomed small-paned casements, which include iron opening casements, as well as a blind window to the left. All of these windows have scored rusticated wedge lintels. Additionally, there are two attic windows on the right return of the building. At the rear, there is a large late 19th-century wing. The interior has not been inspected.
