Description

This cottage, located approximately 20 meters north of Sutton House, dates from the early 18th century. It is built from coursed dressed and squared sandstone and features a tiled roof with verge parapets. The structure is single-storey with an attic and has a single-bay front. On the right side, there is a 2-light chamfered mullioned casement window, while the left side has a quoined entrance with a boarded door. A brick addition to the left is not included in the listing.
