GV II House. c1860 refronting of earlier, possibly C18 house. Brick with ashlar dressings; double-gabled tile roof with brick stack. Right-angle plan.

Three storeys; two window range. Plaster plinth; gables with enriched bargeboards with pendants; brick pilaster to left end. Segmental-headed entrance to right end has roll-moulded reveals and four-pane door, gabled timber porch with gable as above. Two storey canted bay window to left has stop-chamfered jambs, timber panelling between floors and cornice, casements; other windows have moulded sills and segmental-pointed heads with ashlar springers and hoods with carved stops, that to first floor right is tripartite with two colonnettes with foliate capitals. Stack to right of valley. Cast-iron rainwater head has dragon and downspout. Rear has two storey lean-to outshut with tall stair window with small-paned glazing in recess.
