House, probably mid C18. Brick with plain tiled roof that seems to be an early C20 feature, the rafters projecting decoratively. Gable on to street. 2 storeys, 3 unit plan with one bay to left of doorway, and 2 windows right of it. Sill band and plinth. Stack on right hand gable, and an axial stack behind the entry. Wing behind left hand bay is built on a granite plinth on which a moulded brick band rises over a blocked cellar opening.
