Description
No. 33 Park Street is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a graduated slate roof. The building has a rendered plinth, a first-floor band, timber eaves, and two gable stacks. It stands two storeys high, plus attics, and has an L-plan with four bays.
All the windows are 20th-century plastic framed casements with rubbed brick heads. The plain off-centre doorcase has scrolled brackets supporting a hood and a 20th-century glazed door. To the left of the door, there is one casement window, and to the right, there are two casement windows. There is a round-headed rear entry to the right, with four similar casements above it. Above these, there are two gabled dormers, each featuring a single glazing bar sash. At the rear of the house, there is a two-storey gabled stair turret made of brick, topped with a concrete tile roof and two large superimposed sash windows.
