Description
Nos. 13 and 15 on Park Street are a pair of cottages from the 18th century, with one currently functioning as a shop. The buildings are constructed of brick and topped with a pantile roof, featuring a brick plinth, timber detailing, and modillioned eaves, along with two ridge stacks. They stand two storeys high and consist of four bays.
The west front includes an off-centre gabled porch supported by Doric columns, leading to a part-glazed door. To the left is a shallow canted bay window, and to the right is a smaller similar bay window. Further right is a door with a segmental head, followed by a blocked window. In the left gable above, there is a large glazing bar sash in an altered opening, and to the right, there are one two-light and two three-light Yorkshire sashes.
The north front features a 19th-century shop front and door, with a plain sash window above. At the rear, there is a lean-to addition made of brick with a pantile roof.
