Description

No. 17 Park Street is an 18th-century house that has been rendered and colourwashed, topped with a 20th-century pantile roof. It features moulded timber eaves and two gable stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The central entrance has a reeded doorcase with curved brackets supporting a moulded hood. To the left of the door is a plain sash window, while to the right is a 20th-century casement window. On the upper floor, there is a central Yorkshire sash window, flanked by two single three-light Yorkshire sashes with shutters. The interior may include timber framing.
