Description
A group of three houses and a service wing, dating from the late 18th century. The buildings are constructed of brick with a pantile roof. Distinctive features include stone sills, dentillated eaves, two paired gable stacks, a single ridge stack, and a single rear wall stack. The main facade is irregular and extends over four bays. The left side has two recessed doorcases, each with reeded scroll brackets supporting a modillioned hood, a fanlight, and a six-panelled door. These doorcases are flanked by single glazing bar sashes with segmental heads. A similar flush doorcase is found on the right, alongside a single glazing bar sash. Above the doors, there are three smaller glazing bar sashes and a 20th-century casement. In the upper attic level to the right, a single sloping dormer features a 20th-century casement. The service wing, located on the right, has a brick facade with a concrete tile roof, extending over two bays. It includes two garage doors and a half-glazed door providing carriage access. Above this level are two 20th-century glazing bar casements with segmental heads.
