Description
This is a group of four houses located at 21, 23, 25, and 27 Park Street, built in the early 19th century. The houses feature symmetrical facades constructed of brick, topped with a slate roof and adorned with ashlar and stucco dressings. They have two gable stacks and two ridge stacks. The buildings rise to three storeys and consist of eight bays. Each house has four reeded and panelled doorcases, which are complemented by moulded brackets supporting segmental pediments and geometrical overlights. There is a round-headed rear entry between the right-hand pair of doors, featuring a moulded soffit, impost, and keystone. The front of the houses includes four glazing bar sash windows, one of which has been renewed. Above these, there are eight glazing bar sashes, some of which have iron window box guards, and above again, there are eight smaller sash windows of a similar style.
