Description
A row of three houses and a large barn, dating from the early 19th century and built as part of the Pochin Estate. The buildings are constructed of brick, with a Welsh slate roof. Numbers 2 and 4 are situated below the barn. Number 2 is a single-unit cottage with an internal six-panel door and a three-light casement window with top-opening lights. Number 4 is a two-unit cottage with a central six-panel doorway and three-light casement windows with top-opening lights. Above these is the barn, featuring a central double door and two upper shuttered lights to the right, along with a small square vent to the left. Number 6, located beyond the barn, is another single-unit cottage with an internal door and three-light casement windows with small panes. A dentilled eaves cornice runs throughout. Gable and axial stacks are present. The gables are finished with blue brick copings. A brick stable range forms a rear wing and has a Swithland slate roof and coped gables.
