Description
This is an early 19th-century outbuilding located to the south of Newton's College, which is also attached to the outbuilding of number 24. The structure is made of brick and features hipped roofs covered with graduated slate and tile. It has a round-headed entrance that includes a panelled door with a round light, flanked by segmental-headed windows fitted with small-paned casements. On the left end, there is a lean-to addition that has an entrance with a plank door. The rear of the building connects to the outbuilding of number 24, which is at a lower level. This section has a brick cornice and a hipped tile roof, with three segmental-headed entrances and two segmental-headed ground floor windows that have two-light casements, as well as two openings on the first floor.
