Description
The outbuilding to the east of Kings Newton Hall is a late 18th century structure with some minor later alterations. It is constructed of red brick and stone rubble, topped with a plain tile roof that features roof lights on the southern pitch. The west gable wall has a stone coped gable, while the east gable wall has a brick coped gable. The building is part two storeys and part single storey, comprising six bays.
On the north elevation, there are two full height openings with plank doors on the west side and slit breathers on the east side. The street elevation features a segment headed doorcase with a stable door towards the eastern end, along with a blocked full height opening to the west that has a shuttered square opening and a timber cross window beyond. Above this, on the eastern side, there are two fixed small paned windows. The west gable wall is made of stone rubble. This building is included for its group value only.
