House, now divided. C16 with mid to late C19 refacing, partial rebuilding, and addition. Roughcast timber frame, rebuilt in painted brick to left with coursed limestone rubble plinth; slate roof, graded stone slats to left at rear. Rebuilt probable former open hall to left with 2 framed bay gabled cross wing projecting to right. 2 storeys. 2 semi-integral brick end-stacks to left and central brick stack off- ridge to front. Left-hand range: 2-window front with 2-light casements; 5 steps up to central boarded door. Cross wing: evidence of former jettied gable (see bracket to left); one 2-light casement on each floor; mid to late C19 addition to right with first floor 2-light casement, ground floor 3-light casement to right, and half-glazed door to left with pilastered surround, frieze and cornice. Interior: C16 newel staircase in cross wing.
