Shown on O.S. map as Colstey Farm. Farmhouse and cottage. Early Cl7 with mid-to-late C19 remodelling and additions. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar and brick dressings to later additions; slate roof. Two storeys. Two C19 brick ridge stacks off-centre to left and large semi-integral stone end stack to right. Farmhouse: three bays; mid-to-late C19 wooden casements, that in centre on first floor of two lights and those on ground floor with transoms; central four flush-panelled door (top panels glazed) with moulded architrave and late C19 gabled wooden porch with openwork sides. Interior: not inspected, but former list describes hewn beams, close-studded timber framed cross wall, rectangular-panelled timber framed partition, oak staircase with finialed square newel, and plank and muntin attic door. Cottage: formerly two cottages. Mid-to-late C19. Three-light wooden casements with segmental brick heads, one on first floor to right and two on ground floor to right; ground floor 2-light casement with segmental brick head to right replacing former doorway; boarded door to left with segmental brick head.
