House, now offices. c1740. Brick; plain tile roof; brick common ridge stack. 3-storeys and cellar; 4-window range: plain sashes with cambered heads, under gauged brick segmental arches; storey band; similar fenestration; storey band; parapet with moulded stone coping. Entrance to centre left: 6 fielded-panel door in chamfered door case; overlight; moulded flat hood and frieze on fluted pilasters; to left, 1, to right, 2 plain sashes as above; storey band. Rainwater head has motif or coat of arms of Karver family.
