GV II

Horse trough and drinking fountain. Dated 1900. Marble and ashlar. Cylindrical column with incised bands capped with ashlar cupola. Marble drinking bowl set on pavement side, and inscription on road side. Large horse trough with moulded sides abuts the column on the road side. Inscription: `IN MEMORIAM / CAPT W H TROW / DIED IN SOUTH AFRICA 1900'.
