Outbuilding, now shop and kitchen. Early C19. Brick; hipped plain tile roof. 3-storeys; single-window range: 2-light casement under segmental arch; 2-light casement over; oak wall-plate. C20 stable door under segmental arch. Leanto to right has C20, 2-light casement and brickwork to 1st floor. INTERIOR: ground floor retains large ceiling beam. Rear: rendered, with C19 casement to ground, 1st and 2nd floors; oak wallplate. Included for group value.
