II Mill. Mid C19, red brick with old plain tile roof. Two storeys and garret. Toothed brick eaves cornice, and end stack to right. Four first floor two-light segmental-headed casements, three ground floor two-light segmental-headed casements to right; segmental-headed boarded door between first and second windows from right on each floor, and segmental-headed wheel opening to left with two half-height boarded doors. Two segmental-headed garret windows in right-hand gable end. One storey shed set back to right with segmental-headed boarded door to left and small segmental-headed window to right.

Interior: complete set of fittings, including enclosed cast iron overshot wheel, gearing, vertical and horizontal shafting, two sets of stones with housings leaked: "MAY AND HILTON MANUFACTURERS FLEET STREET LIVERPOOL," and grain bins in attic with central raised walkway. Mill pond to rear with weir.

This mill is of particular interest because of its surviving machinery.
