Description

This milestone, located approximately 200 meters north-west of the Old School House, dates from the mid to late 19th century. It is made of white painted stone with black lettering and features a rounded top. The top of the milestone is lettered radially with "MILES," and it also displays "9/B.CASTLE" and "SHREWSBURY/1 (1)."
