2/4 Milestone approximately - 260 metres to south of Heblands Cottages (that part in Bishop's Castle CP) - II

Milestone. Mid- to late-C19. White painted stone with black base and lettering. Rounded top. Inscribed: "MILES" radially at top, "B CASTLE 1" and "MT GOMERY 8". Slightly damaged at time of resurvey (June 1984) but included as part of a complete series.
