Cottage, now shop and dwelling. Mid C18 front to probably C17 core, with later alterations. Brick; steep-pitched plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range: C19 6/6 sashes in moulded cases under segmental arches; boarded eaves; frame-post(?) to right. Late C19/early C20 shop front with half-glazed panelled door and overlight to right; to left, 4-panel door with blocked overlight, to dwelling; fascia-board and hood, on pilasters. Left returned side: slate-hung gable. Right returned side: weatherboarded, with C20 casement to gable. Brick wing to rear, with Welsh slate roof and brick end stack. INTERIOR not inspected.
