Description

LUGWARDINE CP - SO 5440 - 5540 9/95 Rhystone GV II House. Probably C18 with minor alterations. Timber-framed with painted brick infill and pebble-dash render, later brick lean-to to rear and to east, slate roof. Two framed bays aligned east/west facing south with left of centre entrance and central stack. Single storey and attic, two mid-C19 cast iron windows to right of doorway with gabled canopy and ledged door. Framing, largely complete under render, revealed to east gable end, three square panels from sill to wall-plate with V-struts in gable, weatherings to lintel of attic window. Interior generally unaltered.
