Cottage. Probably early C18, altered and extended in late C19 and late C20. Timber-frame, rubble plinth, corrugated asbestos roof, external local type stone end stack with detached brick shaft to west gable. Two bays aligned east/west. One storey and attic. South elevation: two 2-light late C19 casements, one either side of door, two raking top dormers with c1950 2-light steel casements; entry left of centre: late C19 ledged door and early C20 latticed porch. North elevation is partly masked by c1980 single storey flat roofed extension.
