House, now office. C17, with some mid-C20 alterations. Timber-frame with rendered infill on a rendered plinth under a machine-tile roof. Three framed bays aligned east/west. North front of two storeys with three windows, two 2-light casements to left and a 3-light casement to right. Ground floor has three large fixed windows with plank weatherings. Entrance to right of centre has a C20 panelled door. Included for group value.
