Description

A barn, likely dating from the 18th century, stands approximately 15 yards west of Weston Farmhouse. The barn combines sandstone rubble at its base with timber framing and weatherboarding above, finished with a corrugated iron roof. It comprises five bays oriented north-south. The east-facing elevation is largely hidden by a corrugated iron lean-to roof, but displays weatherboarded and woven infill panels. The north gable is also weatherboarded above a high end wall built on a rubble plinth. The timber frame is four panels high, except at the gable where it measures two panels high.
