4/171 Barn approximately 30 metres south-west of Castle Farmhouse 13.4,16 (formerly listed as south-western barn at Castle Farm)

GV II

Barn. C17 or C18. Timber-framed with weatherboard cladding, sandstone plinth and sandstone rubble south gable end, part pantiled, part corrugated metal roof. Five bays aligned north/south with central threshing floor, with lean-to to one side. Four square panels from sill to wall-plate, two struts to collar with V-struts, lozenge framing to north gable end.
