Description

The Glebe Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 18th century. It is primarily timber-framed with a mix of brick, plaster, and rubble infill, and features a rubble plinth and a pantile roof. The building has three bays aligned east to west and a coursed rubble stack with a brick shaft at the west end. It is one storey high with a gable-lit attic. The south elevation has two 20th-century casement windows with weather planks set into the framing, which consists of two panels high from the cill to the plate. Access to the cottage is from the rear. The east gable end wall is made of brick. The cottage is included for its group value.
