Description

Baptist Chapel is an early 19th-century chapel built of coursed sandstone with a hipped slate roof. It has a rectangular plan that is positioned at right angles to the road and consists of one storey with a window arrangement of two sets of two windows and one single window. The front elevation facing the road features a four-centred light with Y-tracery above a lean-to timber porch that has a lancet-shaped entry. The west side elevation includes two similar windows towards the front and two smaller untraceried windows towards the rear. This building is a plain but unaltered country meeting house.
