Description
This barn, located 50 metres to the north-west of Weston Farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a rag slate roof with hipped ends. The barn has a rectangular plan and was likely originally an open-fronted linhay. The front wall of the ground floor was probably added in the 19th century, and the upper part has been covered with corrugated asbestos. The structure is two storeys high, with straight joints on the front right and left indicating the insertion of the front wall. There are four 20th-century plank doors in the inserted stone rubble front wall on the ground floor, with corrugated asbestos sheeting above. The interior has not been inspected.
