GV II

Chest tomb for John Wheeler, died 1814. Sandstone ashlar. Moulded base and capping, the latter gently hipped; flat end panels curve outwards beyond the planes of the side inscription panels. One of a group of four chest tombs, the others being for Barrett (qv), Burrup (qv) and Hooper (qv).
