GV II

Chest tomb for Richard Wheeler, surgeon, died 1785. Sandstone ashlar, moulded capping, raised inscription panels with moulded border flanked towards corners by paterae and foliage decoration. One of a group of three monuments to the south-west of the south porch, the others being to the Richards Mailes (qv).
