Description

Court Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century or 18th century, with 20th-century alterations. It is timber-framed with painted brick infill set on a sandstone rubble plinth and features a Welsh slate roof. The structure has two framed bays aligned north to south, with a stack at the north gable end. The entrance is located through a 20th-century addition on the east side. The building is single storey with a gable-lit attic and has two 3-light 20th-century windows on the east front. The timber framing consists of square panels with angle braces connecting the main posts to the wall-plate.
