Description

Two houses, later shops, were built in the early 19th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th century and late 20th century. The houses are constructed of stucco with a concrete tile roof. They feature a first-floor lintel band, a parapet, and a single coped gable. The building is three storeys high, with a seven-window range of plain sash windows on the first floor. Above these are seven smaller plain sash windows. The ground floor contains two late 20th-century shop fronts, the larger one on the right, with recessed windows. The building is listed for its group value.
