Description

This is a building of probable early to mid-19th century origin, likely originally a single house which has since been divided into two shops. The building is constructed of stucco with slated roofs, although the roof of number 18 has a synthetic slate covering. It is two storeys high with an attic level, and features a regular four-window facade. Late 20th-century shopfronts have been installed. The first floor has twelve-pane hornless sash windows, with a tripartite sash on the right-hand side. The eaves feature a moulded cornice. The interior of the building has not been inspected. The listed buildings along High Street are considered to form a group.
