Description

This is a two-storey house, likely dating from around 1820 and altered in the later 19th century. It is now used as shops. The building is constructed of stucco with a slate roof and follows a double-depth plan. The front facade has a three-window arrangement. The ground floor features two 20th-century shop fronts with entrances to their right. The right-hand shop door, seemingly moved from its original position, is situated almost centrally and is topped by an elliptical overlight with a reeded base. A late 19th-century four-panel door serves as the entrance. The first floor has a blind window in the centre, flanked by eight-pane sash windows with raised surrounds, all set within shallow recessed panels. The interior of the building was not inspected.
