Description

11 and 13 Church Street are two houses that have been converted into shops. They were built around 1800 and have undergone some alterations in the late 20th century. The buildings are made of coursed squared stone with stone dressings and feature slate roofs. There is an eaves band and projecting surrounds around the windows and doors. The structures are three storeys high and have a five-window range of 12-pane sash windows, with five similar sashes above. The central doorcase is plain and includes a six-panel door with an overlight, which is flanked by late 20th-century shop fronts. The right side of the building has irregular fenestration with four 12-pane sashes.
