Description
The White Hart Public House is a public house dating from the late 18th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th century and restoration in the late 20th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone with ashlar dressings and features a slate roof with coped gables and kneelers, along with two coped stone gable stacks. The building has an off-centre facing gable that includes a loop and a smaller coped stack. It has a plinth, an eaves band, and projecting surrounds around the windows. The structure is three storeys high and has a six-window range of 12-pane sash windows, with six smaller 12-pane sashes above. The entrance features an off-centre moulded stone doorcase with a cornice, leading to a four-panel double door with an overlight. To the left of the entrance are three 12-pane sashes, and to the right are two similar sashes.
