Description
Numbers 5 and 7 on Church Street are two houses that have been converted into shops. They were built in the early 19th century and have undergone some alterations in the late 20th century. The buildings are constructed from coursed squared stone with stone dressings and have concrete tile roofs. Number 7, located on the right, is slightly taller than number 5. Both buildings have three storeys and feature a four-window range of plain sash windows. On the upper floor, there are two 12-pane sash windows on the left and two similar sashes on the right, with the rightmost window being partly reglazed. The ground floor has a central entry doorway that is flanked by late 20th-century shop fronts.
