Description

Two houses, now two houses and a shop, were built in the early 18th century and early 19th century, with a late 19th-century shopfront added later. The buildings are constructed of brick and have plain tile roofs. Number 6 has coped gables with kneelers, and single gable and side wall stacks. Number 7 features modillion eaves and a gable stack. The buildings are three storeys high and four bays wide.

The shopfront has an off-centre recessed glazed door with an overlight, flanked by single plate glass windows, and a half-glazed door to the left, all beneath a panelled fascia supported on pilasters. Above the shopfront, Number 6 has two plain sashes, and above those, two 2-light casements, all with segmental heads. To the right, above the shopfront, is a late 19th-century canted bay window with plain sashes, and above that, two small sash windows with glazing bars. The interior of the buildings was not inspected.
