Description

Two houses, now offices and a shop, dating from the early 19th century, with alterations made in the mid and late 20th century. The building is constructed of coursed squared stone, painted, with stone dressings and a slate roof featuring a single brick ridge stack. A moulded cornice runs along the top. The three-storey facade has a three-window arrangement, with two windows to the left and one to the right. The upper windows are 12-pane sashes, with reglazed lower sashes and projecting stone surrounds. Above these are three late 20th-century louvre windows with matching surrounds. A full-width, late 20th-century tiled shop front occupies the ground floor, with a pair of doors to the left, separated by a rusticated pilaster.
