Description

This is a pair of road bridges over the River Welland, built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings. Each bridge features an elliptical single span, one of which has vermiculated quoins and springers. Above the spans, there are single narrow bands and a plain parapet with square copings, which terminate in splayed segmental ends.
