Description

This is a bridge over the River Welland, located 300 meters northwest of Thorpe Lubenham Hall, in the parish of Marston Trussell. It was likely built in the early 19th century and is constructed from Lias ashlar stone with a chequered brick voussoir. The bridge features a single arch and has parapet walls with ashlar coping that ends in square piers, which also have ashlar copings. There is a raised string course positioned below the parapet.
