Description

Pigeoncote, now used as a store, was built in 1755. It is located in the grounds of Holly Lodge. The structure is constructed of coursed and squared limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and red brick dressings. The two-bay front has a plinth. It features two planked doors set within brick segmental arches, and above them, a cross-mullioned wooden window. A stone inscribed with "JH 1755" is located on the right-hand side of the front.
