Description

The bridge over the River Welland, located on Weston Road, was rebuilt in 1881 and features fine ashlar work. The inner face of the parapet is plain. It has three segmental arches, each with projecting keystones and flanked by projecting piers that are topped with flattened pyramidal copings. Both sides of the bridge have rounded cutwaters and a squared string course. To the south, there is a causeway with a red brick wall that has blue brick copings and round arched recesses.
