Description
Home Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse located on the west side of Valley Road in Weston by Welland. The building is constructed from lias ashlar and features a slate roof. It originally had a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with a three-window range. The central entrance consists of 20th-century glazed doors with a hood above. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are set beneath flat stone arches. The farmhouse is adorned with ashlar gable parapets and has ashlar stacks at both the ridge and the ends. The right gable displays a partially legible early 18th-century datestone. At the rear, there is a central early 18th-century staircase gabled projection with a cross window. The interior has not been inspected.
