Description
Northlea is a building that consists of three houses, which have now been combined into one dwelling. It dates from the late 17th century and mid 18th century. The structure is made of regularly coursed and squared limestone and ironstone, topped with Collyweston slate and corrugated asbestos roofs. Originally, the building had one and two-unit plans and features a mix of single storey with attic and two storeys.
The façade has a four-window range, with two windows on the left that have stone mullions set in eaves dormers. The windows on the right and those on the ground floor are casements with glazing bars and wood lintels. There are three doors with wood lintels situated between the window ranges. A large brick and stone stack is located at the ridge. The interior has not been inspected.
